Nevada does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device.
What data Nevada stores
The following data is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and is never sent to any server:
- Your settings (selected animation, color palette, session mode, countdown preference)
- Custom breathing exercises you create
- Session history (exercise name, duration, date, mood)
- Theme preference (dark mode, light mode, or system)
This data is shared between the app and the home screen widget via an App Group container on your device. It never leaves your device.
What Nevada does not do
- No accounts or sign-ups
- No analytics or tracking
- No third-party SDKs or advertising
- No data transmitted to any server
- No cookies (on this website or in the app)

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind.
GDPR (European users)
Nevada is operated from Berlin, Germany. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you.
The app itself processes no personal data. All session data is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us. You can delete it at any time from within the app by clearing your session history.
You have the right to:
- Access any personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of that data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit)
